The artist: julie boucherat is a french ceramist born in nice in 1987. Founder of the artisanal label mano mani, she lives and has established her workshop in the basque country. Julie boucherat imagines and shapes unique pieces, spontaneous and symbolic, with raw lines and rich textures. Between japanese aesthetics inspired by the aesthetic concept of wabi-sabi and primitive african forms, his pieces are made of sandstone of character, and his enamels made of house.
