We are delighted to offer for sale this absolutely stunning George IV style mahogany Astral glazed bookcase. This piece features an absolutely superb wood patina; I have never seen a bookcase with additional drawers in the upper section that adds an extra level of class and, of course, changes what you can store in it. It is a very high-quality bookcase, with Chippendale-style carved elements at the top. In terms of condition, it has been cleaned, waxed, and polished from top to bottom. Normal age-related marks and wood patina, which one would expect from a 200-year-old second-hand piece, are present. Dimensions: Height 222.5 cm, Width 112 cm, Depth 64 cm.
