Rare louis XVI library buffet in magnifying glass and gilded bronzes around 1880. Half-moon shaped façade opening by 8 leaves including 4 glazed and 4 drawers. Between two in niche topped with marble. Mirror background. Upper part erected on 2 stylized bottlenose dolphins in gilded bronze and topped with a shell. Spinning feet. Beautiful quality of cabinetmaking. Dimensions: h220 X 180 X 57.
