Fireplace and its gothic renaissance style mirror in solid walnut circa 1850 fireplace the central band is carved with foliage and on each side a rosette. In the center decorated with a marquetry cartouche. The columns with crooks on each side are carved with large acanthus leaves and frame a hearth with a molding around the perimeter. Mirror the uprights from bottom to top are foliated. The pediment is carved. Beveled glass with a vaulted arch shape. Provenance manoir franc comtois. H 286 X w 143 X d 54 cm.
