Nightstand in Walnut, Art Deco – 1930

This magnificent walnut burr bedside table, dating from the Art Deco period of the 1930s, is a true masterpiece of design and functionality. The piece opens with two drawers and a door, revealing an entirely enamelled interior space. Each compartment is equipped with vertical brushed metal handles, adding a touch of modernity to the whole. The drawers are accompanied by practical reserves for storing books or small items. Part of the framing is finely carved with floral and leafy patterns, showcasing the craftsmanship of the era. The top of the piece is adorned with a Yellow Lamartine marble slab, elegantly following the curve of the façade.
