Set of 8 mismatched bistro chairs

Set of 8 bistro chairs in varnished beech or formerly varnished for some of the famous fischel brand. 4 we still have their labels present, the others fischel style because the labels have faded. Company fischel founded in 1871 in prague by david gabriel fischel, then taken over by his eldest son who worked at thonet and who developed the thermoformed turned wooden furniture factory in czechoslovakia. These are made of beech, with original finishes, 5 have a round seat and 3 a rectangular seat. They come from an old auvergne bistro. State: they served of course so, they have a beautiful old patina with traces of uses, some small shocks and small scattered old holes. ( see photos ). They have obviously been treated against xylophages and revised and will be repatinated just before shipment. Timeless, rare in this state, icon of the bistros of yesteryear, these chairs will give a vintage bistro side in your interior, shop or restaurant.
