1950s work basket

High tripod basket from the 1950s, mahogany color. Wooden structure, rattan bars. It is very stable and in good condition (except for a crack inside the collar which does not harm the solidity of the basket, see photos). Elegant with its long curved 'legs'. Dimensions: total height 66 cm/basket height 34 cm/diameter 28 cm. Initially intended to hold balls of wool and work in progress, it can be diverted into a plant holder which would allow its foliage to overflow through the gaps. So get to your needlework or gardening! A beautiful decorative object!
