Ashtray, ceramic pocket tray in midnight blue with spiral decoration.

Beautiful glazed stoneware ashtray, handcrafted. Relief spiral decoration. Deep blue, shiny, and nuanced glaze. Brown-black lines of the spiral. The rim is adorned with three hand-shaped spouts. The underside and base reveal the raw clay. A typical piece from the workshop ceramics production of the time, where form, material, and glaze take precedence over industrial perfection. It serves well as both an ashtray and a catch-all, entry dish, or decorative object on its own. Very good condition for age and use. Dimensions: 13.5 X H2.5 cm.
