Description: This delightful stool chest was designed by victor wilkins and produced by british furniture manufacturing company g-plan in the mid-twentieth century. G plan - e. Gomme ltd was based in high wycombe, england, a major center of british furniture manufacturing. The company was revered for its range of high-quality sideboards, tables, and other cabinet goods and for pioneering the concept of furniture sets designed and made to match. Part of g plan's popular 'fresco' range, the stool has been professionally reupholstered in a stunning teal material with new fire-retardent foam for comfort. The piece has a beautiful teak grain, warm tones, and rich colors throughout. Item sku: Condition: We have carefully stripped this stool and refinished it with a coat of matt lacquer for a durable and lasting finish. The stool has been reupholstered including new fire retardent foam. The sideboard has a historic repair to the top that in no way subtracts from the piece of furniture, please view the photos carefully.
