Large antique oval dish 🌿 Ironstone – Grand Dépôt Paris – 19th century

Magnificent large antique ironstone platter, distributed by the famous Grand Dépôt – Paris. Elegant brown floral decoration in a Japonisme style typical of the late 19th century, featuring flowering branches and refined medallions. This type of platter was sold by the Grand Dépôt but made by major French manufacturers such as Sarreguemines, Creil & Montereau, or Longchamp, which were highly regarded at the time for the quality of their earthenware. Condition: very good overall condition for its age, no cracks, no major chips, just a few signs of use related to time. Weight: 1.5 kg. Dimensions: 41 × 33 × 4 cm.
