Set of 4 Vintage ZPM Radomsko Bentwood Chairs – Thonet No. 18 Style

Timeless Elegance: A Set of 4 Classic Bentwood Coffee House Chairs. This charismatic set of four "bistro" chairs captures the essence of the iconic Thonet No. 18 design. Crafted by ZPM Radomsko—a renowned manufacturer originally established by Thonet—these chairs are a testament to mid-century craftsmanship and the enduring appeal of bentwood furniture. The deep dark brown finish of the beechwood offers a sophisticated contrast to the natural, airy texture of the traditional Viennese cane (Wiener Geflecht) seats. Whether for a stylish dining room or a chic café setting, these chairs bring a touch of European history and organic warmth to any interior. Historical Note: ZPM Radomsko is famous for continuing the production of classic Thonet designs using original techniques. Each chair bears the authentic "ZPM Radomsko" mark on the underside, ensuring its provenance. Condition Report. Status: Very Good Vintage Condition These chairs are well-preserved vintage pieces. The cane seating is in great structural shape for its age, showing only minor signs of wear in a few spots that do not affect the functionality or comfort. The wood displays a beautiful, authentic patina with slight traces of use, consistent with their history. We recommend checking the joints occasionally or re-gluing if necessary to maintain their longevity for another generation.
