Old plate in iron clay made in France.

Superb very old plate, made of iron earth. Cream color and dark blue. We really like the beautiful central motif; But more particularly the vegetable garland that embraces in a geometric niche setting. The sea anchor at the back of the plate suggests that it is the earthenware factory of Clairefontaine. It can be seen as a tea stain but crack or shine. At the back we can see three traces on the edges, these are the claws that were used to immerse the plate in the icing. Dimension: - Diameter: 24 cm; 9,45'' - Height: 2 cm; 0,79''
