Colonial planter's armchair in solid teak, scroll armrests, caned seat.

Authentic "planter" chair (campaign chair) in solid teak, 20th-century colonial style, originating from Southeast Asia. Large sculpted scroll armrests, characteristic of this historical furniture. Beautiful natural golden patina of the teak, solid and stable structure. Seat and backrest in traditional hand-woven cane. The cane shows some areas of discolouration and uneven wear (see photos), testifying to its authenticity and history — in fair condition, still functional. The lower crossbars have been replaced with darker wood at an earlier time (visible in the photos), without impacting the overall sturdiness. A character piece, perfect for a bohemian/colonial interior or for a cane restoration project. Weight is random; I do not know it.
