Baroque bronze chandelier

French baroque Louis XV 6 light bronze cage chandelier in bronze. The chandelier features a central 3-sided cage formation with scrollwork detailing. At the top of the cage is a large hanging clover shaped hope and at the bottom is a decorative center piece with a pointed finial. The six arms are a scroll design and decorated to match the cage. The arms lead to candle molds with decorative raised candle holders and the drops are in cream. The chandelier hangs from a four-link chain, one of which has a decorative bar and a large cup-style ceiling rose. The chandelier has French double core wiring and takes 6 small E14 screw bulbs. The frame is solid with a beautiful aged patina. It has been cleaned but not polished so you can decide on its overall finish. The drops are in good condition with age related marks.
