Magnificent modular vintage library column, in the spirit of French design from the 1970s-1980s, notably evoking the lines of Michel Ducaroy's furniture. A piece with a strong architectural character, elegantly combining two vertical aluminum uprights with modules in dark brown and off-white lacquered wood. Its geometric shapes softened by beautiful rounded angles give it an aesthetic that is both graphic, warm, and timeless. This composition includes four elements: a top shelf with edges, a closed cabinet with an off-white door and an interior shelf, an open shelf with edges, and a lower open compartment with rounded corners. The different elements can be repositioned on the uprights to create a personalized composition. Dimensions: Height of aluminum profiles: 225 cm. Ideal ceiling height: approximately 230 cm. Total width with the two uprights: 52 cm. Width of the modules: 45 cm. Cabinet front: 45 × 45 cm. Height of the edges of the small shelves: 15 cm. Floor-to-ceiling fixing system with adjustable struts, allowing for support between two suitable surfaces. Condition: Good overall condition, with some signs of aging, slight marks of use, and small paint losses in places. See detailed photographs. The contrast between the deep brown, off-white, and aluminum fully contributes to the charm of this vintage furniture.
