Oil painting on panels kitten playing by Leon Huber

Beautiful oil painting on wood panels dating from the 1920s. The painting depicts four kittens playing around a brass planter with a piece of blue cloth. The painting was signed in the lower left corner a refeuille and was made after the french painter léon huber (1858-1928). Léon charles huber, known as léon huber (1858–1928), was a french philanthropist and painter from montmartre (paris) who made cat painting his specialty. Dated april 5, 1922. Condition: good general condition. A few splinters on the frame. See photos. Size: Frame dimensions: 48 cm high and 65 cm. Dimensions of the wood panel: 38 cm high and 55 cm wide.
