Antique chiseled crystal ball decanter

Old ball wine/water carafe, crystal chiseled all over the collar and lower body. There is an almost imperceptible shine inside (see photo). The multi-faceted cap has some discreet micro-chips on top and inside is damaged (see photos). It is a little wide, I imagine it is not the original cap but it allows to close the carafe anyway. Height excluding cap: 21 cm. Diameter: 11.5 cm max.
