Vase sommerso murano circa 1960

Superb vase/cup/pocket tray sommerso de murano from the 60s attributed to flávio poli. Striking contrast while transparency of bright and nuanced colors. Italian glass artist flavio poli (1900–1980) is renowned for his contribution to the development of murano glass, giving birth to a new style in the 1950s, known as sommerso, or submerged glass. The cup does not have a label. It is equipped with skates so as not to damage the furniture (they can be easily removed) Presence of 5 shocks on the outside of the glass as well as some scratches. The captivating effect of this vase/centerpiece nevertheless remains intact. Weight 3kg. Ref 110/223.
