Old coffee table lamp carpeted flowers 1920s-30s art deco France

Old coffee table lamp very original with its flowers and half-carpeted foot that dates from the years 1920-30. The patterns on the lamp cap are glued. The foot is a ceramic ball on which are painted patterns on one half while on the other half they are painted on a tapestry glued on the foot. There is a slight hitch on the hat hook to the top circle. Bakelite switch and bayonet socket b22 (bulb not supplied).
