Provincial Louis XV, XVIII century buffet.

This low buffet with character features a warm facade made of solid wood, likely cherry or fruitwood, whose amber tone and antique patina highlight the relief of the moldings. It opens with two side drawers and a central drawer at the top, followed by two doors with curved panels, framed by sculpted uprights. The scroll motifs, applied ornaments, and feet ending in scrolls create a silhouette inspired by Louis XV, typical of French provincial furniture. Its design reflects the shapes of the 18th century, with undulating panels, sculpted decoration, and curved lines. The patina, signs of use, and irregularities in the wood give it an authentic and decorative presence. The top shows a seam crack due to age, and the whole piece bears signs of wear that certify its authenticity. The buffet appears to have been treated many times, and its structure is in good condition. In a contemporary interior, this buffet will be a strong piece, both rustic and refined, particularly appealing in an entryway, dining room, or elegant country house.
