Oil portrait of a young man

Charming little portrait of a young man, it's an oil on canvas, there is a tiny reinforcement at the back (certainly an old restoration), but you can't see anything in front. This portrait dates from the end of the 19th or early 20th century. The varnish is worn down by time, which does not detract from the expressive beauty of the look of this distinguished young man, with his white collar and bow tie.
