Latonda Chair 614, designed by Mario Botta for Alias, Italy, 1980s. Two units available. An iconic model of postmodern Italian design, recognisable by its circular structure in black lacquered tubular steel and its seat in black lacquered perforated steel - now out of production. Alias labels still present under the seat. The chairs are in excellent condition, exceptional for pieces from this period: stable and well-maintained structure, very clean black lacquer, superbly preserved seats. Very striking graphic presence, both radical and elegant. Ideal around a table, as a pair of accent chairs in a living room, an office, an entrance, or for a collector of design furniture. - Vico Magistretti, Ettore Sottsass, Branzi, Michele De Lucchi, Norman Foster, Memphis Milano, Jasper Morrison, Philippe Starck, Kartell, Cassina, Knoll, Vitra, Herman Miller.
