It was in 1884 that the pigeon lamp began to develop, charles pigeon filed his patent for a safety mineral gasoline. In 1887, the pigeon petrol lamp was made of molten copper, which was more expensive but more resistant, and was made thanks to the brass drops of standard lamps.
