The tenera series was designed in the 1960s by nils thorsson (1898-1975) for aluminia, a manufacture whose name disappeared in 1969 to make way for royal copenhagen. The sets of this series were created by other artists, such as that of this salt box, decorated with a bird called "crazy bird", produced between 1974 and 1987, which is due to the norwegian artist beth breyen.
