1960s Berber Carpet, 245 X 345

High-quality berber carpet from the 1960s. Wonderful thick pile in creamy white and beige tones and pattern in earth tones. Quality features: Berber carpet. Hand knotted. Approx.40, 000 knots per m2. 50-60 years old. 100% wool. Made in morocco. All of our carpets are cleaned in a professional carpet laundry. The first step in cleaning is to tap the carpet thoroughly to remove dust and any mites. The subsequent prewash with a ph-neutral soap removes stains. For the main wash, the carpets are thoroughly washed by hand – a special soap protects the fibers and preserves the natural wool fat of the carpets. The first dewatering takes place by means of mechanical pressing and spinning, so that the carpets are then dried in a constant air circulation.
