Sofa by Vico Magistretti "Maralunga" for Cassina 1973

Extremely comfortable and large 3-seater sofa by Cassina. Very high construction standards such as its steel interior structure, very thick leather and very durable yet soft padding make this legendary sofa very desirable. This example appears to have been rarely used. The back supports hinge to convert an elegant low back sofa into a multi-option high back sofa. The three rear pieces work perfectly. The two sled-style legs are made of heavy-duty plastic and show no signs of distress. Some very light scratches, several small leather imprints as shown in the photos. The backrests, when adjusted to their highest position, measure 100cm for maximum neck and head support.
