Old desk lamp gras ravel "gras s.d.g.d." no. 205

GRAS RAVEL desk lamp model 205 with a cast iron pyramidal base, emblematic of the brand. Aluminium reflector model "normal" number 1054. This lamp articulates at the base thanks to its ebonite ball joint, and its two joints at the arms allow for a multitude of combinations. Marked "LAMPE GRAS S.D.G.D." on the first arm (indicating its manufacture between 1922 and 1930) and numbered 1031 under the base. Fully restored, sanded, and patinated. Electrical system completely renewed. Bayonet socket in brass with switch, black fabric braided electric cord. Height: 60 cm. First arm: 36 cm. Second arm: 17 cm. Base: 16 X 16 cm.
