Pair of vintage solid turned wood footstools

The two small footrest stools are in very good condition, no breakage, no missing items. The feet are very solid, and the assemblies do not move. They are made of solid wood, turned for the legs, and made of a thick board for the top, with nicely chamfered edges. The feet measure 3.5 cm in diameter, and 16 cm high. The board that forms the top measures 16.5 cm X 29.5 cm, by 2.5 cm thick. One of the two stools has a slightly veiled top, which does not affect its use. The two stools have retained their beautiful original patina, warm and authentic. They have simply been completely coated with natural beeswax, in order to protect the wood, and for maintenance, it will be enough to rub them from time to time with a soft cloth. French regional artisanal work from the beginning of the second half of the 20th century.
