Two large flat plates in earthenware with a printed floral decoration in shades of blue. The design, inspired by botany, combines foliage, berries, and inflorescences in a free composition with indigo tones. Likely French production from the second half of the 20th century. Printed decoration under glaze. The plates do not bear any manufacturer's mark. In very good vintage condition, with naturally cracked glaze on both the front and back. Visible traces of use on the back. Three chips on one plate (one on the top and two underneath), and one chip underneath the other plate (see photos). Diameter 26 cm. A contemporary interpretation of botanical decoration, between ink and earthenware.
