I wish to sell a large French wardrobe attributed to the 18th century, with four richly carved doors, made of oak and cherry wood. Dimensions: 223 × 140 × 63 cm. The front features a highly detailed carved decoration: geometric panels adorned with floral motifs, leaf-decorated uprights, a cornice with dentils, moulded feet, and antique fittings. Beautiful old patina. I have an appraisal document dated December 1983 from an antique gallery in La Colle-sur-Loup (06). It mentions: Period: 18th century. Wardrobe with 4 carved doors. Wood: oak and cherry. Indicated origin: South-West of France. Estimated value at the time: 25, 000 to 28, 000 francs. The wardrobe is located in the Monts du Lyonnais (Rhône), on the ground floor. It is not dismountable; however, access allows for its removal from the ground floor.
