Les 2 Potiers is the name of the duo formed by Michelle Bargoin and Jacques Serre, active between 1956 and 1970. Based in Auvergne, they developed a body of work at the crossroads of decorative ceramics and interior design, characterized by layered glazes, textural contrasts, and understated geometric compositions. Their tiled furniture was notably distributed by Roche Bobois. This rare set of three coffee tables features a black lacquered metal frame and glazed ceramic tiled tops. Each composition alternates between matte, satin, and glossy surfaces, with a central frieze of small tiles in colorful glazes. Each large table measures 100 X 41 X 37 cm. France, circa 1965.
