XXL Vase 30cm Murano Sommerso Alessandro Mandruzzato Grey Smoke

Large geometric vase in Murano glass by Alessandro Mandruzzato. An iconic piece of Mid-Century and Brutalist design (1960s-1970s), remarkable for its rare size of 30 cm and its impeccable condition, with no chips. This model illustrates the Sommerso technique (submerged glass): a grey smoked (graphite) droplet-shaped core is encased in a thick layer of translucent glass. This massive block (3 kg) has been entirely shaped with a cold grinding wheel and hand-polished, creating clean geometric facets that beautifully catch the light. With its architectural lines and mineral hue, this art object fits perfectly into a contemporary, minimalist, or Scandinavian-inspired interior. A choice piece for collectors. Specifications: Height: 30 cm. Width: 11.5 cm. Weight: 3 kg. Condition: Perfect condition (intact edges, slight signs of use under the base). Shipping: Expert ultra-secure packaging, custom-made and highly protected to ensure perfect arrival.
