Slatted bench table wenge wood Martin Visser style 60's

Extra large slat bench, clearly inspired by the original martin visser bz series. This version have 10 slats. This great solid wooden bench offers many applications in your home, gallery, cafe, restaurant or b&b; it could be a perfect windowsill, display for collectables, side table, etc. Despite of the modern design, the wood color evokes a comfortable warm atmosphere. Fair condition, normal traces of use. Some slats are somewhat bent due to the action of the wood. During the fifties and sixties, quite a lot of desigers created similar benches, among them charlotte perriand, gijs bakker and george nelson. Dimensions approx: 175 cm length, 55 cm depth and 35 cm high.
