Terrine made by the breton charcuterie michel caugant in the 70s, at the time of the christmas holidays. Handmade in portugal. Michel caugant had thus developed a large collection of wild boar, deer, doe, squirrel, rabbit, pheasant terrines, etc. Which are today sought after by collectors.
