Art Deco glass serving tray - pansies flowers Vallerysthal Portieux

Elegant rectangular serving tray from the French manufacturer VALLERYSTHAL in Portieux, dating from the 1930s (Art Deco). This tray is made of molded pressed glass, decorated with embossed pansy motifs. The glass is clear, and the flowers are highlighted by a frosted finish. This type of tray was commonly used to present cakes or petits fours. The tray is in good overall condition, typical of objects of this age. However, there is a scratch (or firing flaw) on the top, as well as a few minor chips. These slight marks do not detract from the charm of this antique piece. Length: 37 cm. Width: 15 cm. Height: 2.5 cm. Total weight: 890 grams.
