Description: This delightful coffee table was designed by tom robertson for mcintosh of kirkcaldy in the mid-twentieth century. Mcintosh was known on the vintage market for their mid-century style furniture, particularly cabinetry and sideboards. Founded in 1869 by alexander henry (a.h) mcintosh (1835-1919) in kirkcaldy, fife. This delightful mid-century table features a spacious teak top with a stunning grain and two 'dry bars' on either end of the table for preparing drinks safely without marking the wood. The piece has a beautiful rich teak grain, warm tones, and rich colors throughout. Item sku: Condition: We have carefully stripped this coffee table and refinished it with a coat of matt lacquer for a durable and lasting finish.
