Round table by Hein Salomonson for AP Original, 1960s

Round dining table designed by Hein Salomonson (1910–1994) for AP Original, featuring a circular white laminate top resting on an elegant central three-legged black metal base. Very clean and graphic lines, typical of modernist design from the second half of the 20th century. The AP Originals label is still present under the top, clearly identifying the publisher of the piece. Dimensions: H. 73.5 cm – Ø 119 cm. The table is in generally good condition and remains perfectly stable and functional. However, it does show several signs of use related to its age, including a few small knocks and more visible marks, including an impact on the top. The edging and base also show some normal signs of use. Under the top, some screws show a bit of oxidation and wear and can be easily replaced if desired. Given these aesthetic defects, I have intentionally reduced the price significantly. The proposed price is therefore already heavily discounted and fully takes into account the condition of the table. A beautiful piece of vintage design, both understated, elegant, and easy to integrate into a contemporary interior.
