Old plate with horseman decoration – Hand-painted earthenware

An old plate in glazed earthenware, hand-decorated with a horseman with a lance in the centre, surrounded by a floral motif in blue, green, and yellow on a white background. The edge is highlighted with a yellow line, typical of artisanal productions from southern Italy or southern France, reminiscent of the majolicas of Deruta or Moustiers. Slightly irregular plate, with a beautiful natural glaze crackle and a wire on the back for wall hanging. A charming decorative piece, ideal for wall accumulation or for a Mediterranean table. Dimensions: Ø 31 cm. Condition: very good overall condition, fine glaze cracks, a few small firing defects. Shipping possible and carefully packaged.
