Pumpkin armchair atributed to pierre paulin for ligne roset, 70s. This armchair was originally designed in 1971 for french president georges pompido's private apartment at the elysée palace, Later produced in large-scale. Its charateristic round shape is to remind of the shape of a pumpkin. The designer used moulded strips of wood wrapped in foam.
