Louis Philippe mirror, mercury glass

🤍 Antique Louis-Philippe Mirror 🤍 A magnificent Louis-Philippe style mirror in superb condition for its great age, an antique piece full of charm and timeless elegance. Its mercury glass, predating 1835, has that unique depth and delicately patinated reflection found only in very old mirrors. We particularly love its small signs of age that give it authenticity and a lot of character. The original backing is preserved, and the wax gilding has been carefully restored to revive the beauty of its old patina while respecting its history. A chic and refined mirror that will easily find its place in an entrance, a living room, a bedroom, or above a fireplace for a chic country, family home, or flea market spirit 🤍 Free collection available by appointment in Neuilly sur Eure in the Perche or Paris 17th.
