X Line chair by Niels Jørgen Haugesen for Hybodan 1980

The x-line is an iconic chair designed by Danish architect, Niels Jørgen Haugesen in 1977. The construction is based on a simple and logical design - where the iconic X plays a central role in the function, strength and stability of the chair. The thin steel wire gives the chair a beautiful design line. It has some damage to the corners of the seat which does not detract from its solidity or aesthetics.
