Leather safari armchair by Wilhelm Kienzle for Wohnbedarf, 1950s

Stunning completely original leather safari chair by wilhelm kienzle and often also attributed to klint kaare for wohnbedarf ( basel, switzerland ) 1950s. The chair is in a gorgeous patinated condition with no flaws but some very light craquelé near some of the the edges and a small discoloration on the seat but overal just in the most coveted condition and color. The wood is oak and the other material used is brass.
