Scandinavian teak bench with planter, 1960s

Teak bench with integrated planter insert. Scandinavian production, 1960s. Designed to accommodate plants and decorative arrangements, this teak bench with planter reflects the Scandinavian design approach of the 1960s, with its focus on integrating natural elements into domestic interiors. The rectangular top incorporates a recessed metal planter, creating a balance between function and formal clarity. The clean lines and the contrast between the teak and the metal insert are characteristic of mid-century Nordic design. Good condition. It may show signs of age and use.
