Italian mid-century free standing wall unit with a display cabinet, 1960s

This Italian mid-century free-standing wall unit with a display cabinet comes from the 1960s and is an elegant and functional storage solution. Overall size is H: 173 / W: 83 / D: 37 cm. The unit consists of two teak-veneered cabinets suspended within a light metal framework. One cabinet is a glass-front display cabinet, ideal for showcasing decorative objects and keeping them away from dust, while the other is a lockable cabinet, providing secure and discreet storage. The warm teak veneer, with its rich grain, adds depth and sophistication to the clean-lined composition. Both cabinets are mounted on black-painted metal supports with decorative brass feet. It can become a statement storage element in vintage-inspired or contemporary interiors. The wall unit has been renovated by our team. The wood has been cleaned and finished with thin layers of satin lacquer, very reminiscent of the original one. Metal parts have been repainted. Overall in fantastic renovated condition.
