A real statement piece finished in frilly fiberglass and slender metal. This original Catellani & Smith PostKrisi F64 floor lamp is the perfect shop stopper. Designed due to a fascination in fiberglass and how light diffuses through it; this remarkable piece comprises of two half spheres on the slight metal stem. Catellani is known for designing and producing his own work and it is well documented as to how and why this particular piece was inspired and constructed. The inspiration saw a wall and hanging ceiling light be produced with the floor lamp to create a very unique and much sought after collection. Individual Characteristics. The lamp is a used example and does display some signs as such. The fronds may show some slight splitting in some small areas, but the hemispheres are very well intact.
