Old blue stoneware liqueur bottle from Alsace. It was produced in the Schmitter pottery workshops in Betschdorf, Alsace. This factory, which has been in existence since 1844, is famous for its salt-glazed creations and this renowned blue colour. It measures approximately 25 cm in height. The diameter of the base is 11.5 cm. Weight: 1.6 kg. Signs of use, but in very good condition. It should be noted that it likely had a cork stopper, and it seems that a piece of it is inside.
