An authentic piece, it stands out for its superb baroque finishes. This finely crafted side cabinet features: A stunning upper pediment richly carved with vegetal scrolls. Three shelves with undulating contours, connected by delicate turned wooden columns. A lower section with curved vertical partitions (formerly a music sheet compartment), ideal today for organising magazines, art books, or vinyl records. Mounted on its original four castors, it moves very easily to serve as a side table, end table, or charming bookshelf in a contemporary living room or retro boudoir. Overall good condition. The overall structure is stable and sound. The four castors are functional. The wood has a beautiful original patina, and one can glimpse on the turned wood parts old traces of gilded/coppered patina. Very faded by time, they remain subtly visible and add a unique historical charm to the piece. Please note: The lower board has been split and carefully re-glued in the past (see detailed photos), which does not affect the cabinet's solidity. 📏 Dimensions: Height: 129 cm. Width: 49 cm. Depth: 32 cm.
