Beautiful vintage Japanese fine porcelain. Kutani yaki from Ishikawa Prefecture in Japan. Geisha type, with a colour palette of a colourful garden. Hand-painted with a red iron border (red/orange), enhanced with gilding. The set includes 4 artisan period variants; Green stamp: between 1950 and 1970. Black stamp: before 1940. Oval red stamp: 1950. Square red stamp: 1940 to 1950. The set consists of 12 saucers (including one with a different painting featuring beautiful pastel-coloured wisteria), 7 cups, 1 large teapot, and 1 sugar bowl.
