DESCRIPTION For sale is an early dining and working table by Charles & Ray Eames for Herman Miller, a design dating back to the late 1950s. This rare collector’s piece comes from an architect’s estate. The distinctive base is featured here as a rare five-star configuration, in contrast to the far more common four-star ‚contract‘ bases. The black structure is elegantly offset with polished aluminum tops along the legs. The round tabletop is made of white laminated plastic and is finished with a dark grey vinyl protective edge. A timeless classic, ideal for collectors and design enthusiasts. CONDITION The table is in very good, well-maintained original condition for its age.
