cornice in volutes leaves acanthus 19th gilded wooden

Find in Palermo in Sicily, pretty decorative 19th Golden wood that belonged to a probably monumental cornice moulding. A little lacking at the end of a volute. The flattened end of the acanthus leaves parties seem to have been drawing, if this volute well was part of the angle of a ledge as you can imagine. Stable and perfect in the subject to ask.
